Anthony Proszenyak became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in 2016 and has helped hundreds of families across the nation with home purchases, refinances, and mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. Before entering the mortgage industry, he earned his MBA with a Marketing emphasis from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Anthony takes a custom-tailored approach to each loan by focusing on what the client needs to improve their overall financial situation. Rather than forcing every borrower into the same box, he helps identify home loan options that fit the client’s goals, financial profile, and specific scenario.
With more than 10 years of experience, Anthony has worked through a wide range of mortgage scenarios and provides knowledgeable guidance on VA, conventional, and FHA home loans.
A strong mortgage process depends on more than loan programs. It depends on the people managing the details behind the scenes.
MortgageFriend is supported by an experienced, highly qualified team that understands how to keep a loan moving from the first conversation to the closing table. Our staff is one of our greatest resources because they know where files can slow down, what underwriting may need, and how important clear communication is when borrowers are making major financial decisions.
We also invest in technology that helps track, manage, and organize each transaction from start to finish. By automating key tasks and monitoring important milestones, our Loan Officers can stay focused on the details that matter most: identifying potential hurdles, helping structure the loan properly, and guiding borrowers through the closing process.
The result is a more organized mortgage experience, clearer communication, and a team built to help clients move forward with confidence.
